We make our bath salts with salts extracted from the Himalayan mountains and the Dead Sea, along with Epson salts. These salts are rich in minerals such as magnesium, calcium, and potassium. They are much more beneficial in aiding detoxification. Essential oils are added to make the salts even better. Use one to two tbsp per bath.
